Balik lagi nih sama aku ,kali ini aku bakal bahas mengenai explanation text .yukk...belajar bareng lagi dan pahami sampai akhir yaa... 


Okay, I'm familiar with the explanation text. From its understanding, the structure, language rules, types, and examples in the following 11th-class English article.

Guys, have you ever wondered why something happened? For example, why volcanoes may erupt, the reason for flooding, or the process of transmigration. Everything that happens must be a reason and a process. Well, there's one text that explains why and how things happen, which is explanation text.

Explanation text, also known as expanse text, is still often confused with procedure text. So, what's the difference between the two? So, what is the structure and language of the explanation text like? Let's talk!


  • Understanding Explanation Text

What is the explanation text? Explanation text is a text which explains how and why phenomenon happiness. It includes both natural and social phenomena. Hmm, what does that mean? So, the explanation text is a text that explains how and why things happen, both natural and social phenomena.



From that sense, we can conclude that the explanation text serves to provide information through a detailed explanation of a phenomenon. That's why, the text in the explanation text should be made in detail and answer the reader's questions.



Where the hell could you find this text? A lot of ya, guys. Not only in schoolbooks, you can read explanation texts from news, internet articles, knowledge books, and so on.


  • Text Expanation Types

There are two kinds of explanation texts, anything?

1. Sequential Explanation Text

This text describes a process by order and time.

For example: How seawater becomes salty. (How the sea water gets salty.)

2. Cause and Effect Explanation Text

This text explains the cause of the phenomenon.

Example: Why people feel sleepy after a meal. Why does one feel sleepy after eating?


  • Text Explanation Structure

Explanation text consists of four parts: title, general statement, explanation, and conclusion. Let's talk about it one by one.

1. The title

The first structure is a title or title. Text titles provide an overview of the content of the text.

2. General Statement

In the second part, the general statement, will be explained about the general description of what is described in the text.

3. Explanation

Next, there's the explanation section. This section provides a series of processes on how and why something happens or causes that are explained through the sequence of events. FYI, this part of the explanation can consist of more than one paragraph.

4. Conclusion

Finally, there is a conclusion section, which contains the conclusion of the entire process described earlier.
